SHIPPING

**Free shipping to almost anywhere in Canada**

For free shipping, orders must be over $100 (before taxes), and not to the Yukon, Northwest Territories or Nunavut. 

Rural areas and locations with high shipping costs will be contacted via email prior to shipment for a shipping contribution. You may choose to cancel an order if shipping costs are too high. 

We charge a non-refundable flat rate of $10 per pair on orders under $100.

We do not ship outside Canada.

Once your order has been paid, we will ship it out ASAP.

Two things might affect your shipment:
                              1. The warehouse is not open on weekends.
                              2. The shoe you ordered may not be in the warehouse. We will need to have it brought in from one of our stores. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipping. If you have entered your address incorrectly, you will be responsible for shipping costs related to that. Please double check that your address is correct.

We ship all of our orders by Canada Post.

 

RETURNS

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unworn and in its original box so that it can be resold as new.

We accept sale items that are discounted less than 40%.

Sale items discounted 40% or more are a final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Customers must pay the return shipping cost.
