How do I modify my order?

Please contact service@walkincomfort.ca to change or cancel your order.

Why was my order/item cancelled?

In the event this happens, the shoe was not available. We apologize for the inconvenience. A refund will be automatically sent to you alongside a confirmation email.

Do you charge sales tax on the order?

Yes, sales tax is added at the time of purchase and is in accordance to provincial rates.

I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us at service@walkincomfort.ca immediately to see if we can change the details of your shipping address before it proceeds to be finalized to ship.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within Canada. Please refer to Shipping and Returns.

How do I return my order?

You can return any item within 15 days of receiving your order. Items marked as 25% OFF Final Sale are excluded. Please see REFUND POLICY.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa or Mastercard, as well as ShopPay.

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.

I received the wrong/damaged product. What do I do?

Please contact us at service@walkincomfort.ca with your order number, name, images and information regarding the pair you received. We will respond as soon as possible.

What are the shipping rates?

We use the most cost affordable options from Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or FedEx. Rates depend on the size and weight of the shipment, as well as location.

When will my order be delivered?

Shipping times vary depending on location, but can take anywhere between 1 to 7 business days.

How can I track my order?

Please keep a lookout for an automated message with your tracking information and check your spam or junk folder. If you are unable to locate it, please contact us at service@walkincomfort.ca

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Once an order is complete you will receive an automated email with information regarding your order. Please check your inbox, spam or junk folder. If you did not receive one, please contact service@walkincomfort.ca
