When it comes to our footwear, we prioritize the well-being of both people and the environment. Our nontoxic, water-based adhesives are safer for air, water, and the workers in the footwear manufacturing industry compared to traditional solvent and oil-based alternatives. Additionally, many of our leather products are tanned using a vegetable-tanning process (it uses the tannic acids naturally found in plants such as tree barks, leaves, and some fruits), which avoids the use of harmful chemicals. This process not only benefits the health of those involved but also supports local cultures economically.
